'''Jackson's Steakhouse''' is a restaurant located at 400 South [[Palafox Street]], at the southeast corner of the [[Zaragoza Street]] intersection. The restaurant is named for [[Andrew Jackson]] and faces onto [[Plaza Ferdinand VII]], where he accepted the transfer of Florida from Spain in [[1821]].
Jackson's was opened in [[1999]] by [[Barry Phillips]] and [[Irv Miller]], who served as general manager and executive chef, respectively. In March [[2008]] the restaurant was purchased by [[Collier Merrill]]'s [[Great Southern Restaurant Group]].
