David Jack Kugelman (1924-2006) was a Pensacola businessman who headed and eventually sold the Standard Distributing Company and later became known for his philanthropy with the Kugelman Foundation.

Born in 1924 to prominent Pensacolians Edgar and Sylvia Kugelman, Jack studied business at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire and joined the Navy in his third year to serve in the South Pacific during World War II. He married the former Jane Sabel in 1947 and returned to Pensacola to operate his family's alcohol distributorship, Standard Distributing Company. He sold the business in the 1990s and dedicated much of his time to the Kugelman Foundation, which had been started by his parents.

Over the years Kugelman served as president of Fiesta of Five Flags, director and tournament chairman of the Pensacola Sports Association, and board member of the Girl Scouts of Northwest Florida. He is a PSA Hall of Fame member and "Sportsman of the Year," and in 1994 won the Chamber's "Spirit of Pensacola" PACE Award.
