:Per Wikipedia, their village pump is "used to discuss the technical issues, policies, and operations of Wikipedia". Backend stuff. We could prob consolidate that idea with community portal whereas due to their traffic they'd want separate venues. For the "account settings" stuff you would prob just use interwiki links to Wikipedia. Same for "technical information".
