Gulf Breeze Hospital is a Baptist Health Care facility that opened in 1985. A 65-bed acute care hospital offering both private and semi-private rooms and a four-bed intensive care unit, it was the first facility in Gulf Breeze proper to provide access to modern, full-service medical care and has doubled in size since opening.

Gulf Breeze Hospital's workforce of more than 400 people includes Baptist Medical Park - Navarre employees. The dedicated staff and 200-plus volunteers are often referred to as the "Number One Dream Team,"[citation needed] a name that reflects their exceptional service to patients and families.

Gulf Breeze Hospital services and programs include: in-and outpatient procedures, emergency services, the Ciano Cancer Center, LifeFlight, Cardiopulmonary services, radiology, community education and Women’s Services. Each are tailored to the needs of the surrounding community.
