[[1960]]) is a political and marketing consultant who ran for [[Florida House of Representatives District 3|State Representative District 3]] in [[2007]], but lost in the Republican primary to [[Clay Ford]]. Scarborough earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Alabama in 1982, then worked as an analyst for Shell Oil in Houston, Texas.
