'''Florida State Road 399''' is an east-west route that traverses 25 miles of [[Santa Rosa Island]]. From its western terminus at [[Fort Pickens]], it is known as [[Fort Pickens Road]] until the intersection with [[Pensacola Beach Boulevard]], where it continues east as [[Via de Luna Drive]]. Near the [[Portofino Island Resort & Spa]] it becomes [[Allen R. Levin Way]] for a quarter-mile. Through the [[Opal Beach]] section of the [[Gulf Islands National Seashore]] it is known as [[J. Earle Bowden Way]]. It is signed [[Gulf Boulevard]] through the [[Navarre Beach]] community, then becomes the [[Navarre Beach Causeway]] over [[Santa Rosa Sound]] until its terminus at [[US Highway 98]]/[[State Road 30]] in [[Navarre]].
