Fiesta Days is the event that marks the beginning of the Fiesta of Five Flags celebration. It is held at Seville Quarter and in recent years has been sponsored by the law firm of Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon. The entire complex transforms into five decorated rooms complete with food representing each of the five flags flown over Pensacola; Spanish, French, British, Confederate, and American.
