The café serves a variety of coffees and other beverages, as well as soups, sandwiches, and desserts, all of which contain no animal products. The café has ample seating inside as well as limited seating outdoors in the rear, as well as male and female bathroom facilities. The café also features a modest selection of books and board games for patrons to enjoy, as well as three internet-enabled computers that are available for use with "a suggested donation of 10¢ per minute".
Until recently, End of the line was completely volunteer-run. The volunteers would meet weekly to coordinate schedules, purchases, and other business needs. However, the café was recently "de-collectivized" and its owners are now paying employees and asserting more control over day-to-day operations.
