The café has ample seating inside as well as limited seating outdoors in the rear, as well as male and female bathroom facilities. The café also features a modest selection of books and board games for patrons to enjoy, as well as three internet-enabled computers that are available for use with "a suggested donation of 10¢ per minute".
Until recently, End of the Line is line was completely volunteer-run. The volunteers would meet weekly to coordinate schedules, purchases, and other business needs. However, the café was recently "de-collectivized" and its owners are now paying employees and asserting more control over day-to-day operations.
