Emerald Coast Review is a biennial publication of regional work published by West Florida Literary Federation. ECR is collection of work submitted by local writers, artists and poets and provides a record of the area’s literary thought over the years. The most recent volume, XVII, was published in 2013 and edited by Regina Sakalorios-Rogers, creative writing instructor at University of West Florida. The publication included 175 pages by more than 40 writers and is available on Amazon.
