Eastgate Park is a piece of land that was set aside by the city for the recreation and leisurely activities of the residents of western Scenic Heights and eastern Eastgate neighborhoods. It is approximately one-half mile around, when measured from corner to corner.
Established in the early 1960's, it is bordered on it's northern side by Forest Glen Drive. It's eastern and western sides are bordered by Greenwood Lane, and Virwood Road. It's southern side is bordered by three houses, also Overland and Keating Drives.
