Donahue's Lounge was an Irish-themed bar and kitchen located on the second story of 6420 N 9th Avenue (the former Royal Package Store and Airport Lounge building). It was owned by David J Donahue, who also owned Donahue's Liquors which was located on the SW corner of 14th Avenue and Gregory Street (the former Down & Under building).

Donahue's hosted live musical entertainment from Wednesday through Saturday nights, a free Wednesday buffet, and several fashion shows. Donahue's was managed by Richard Sarli.

The most notable entertainers to perform there were local musicians Harland Williams, and pop/rock band RKX. After more than seven years in business, it closed in the spring of 1998. Owner David Donahue died on November 22, 2011 at 75 years of age.
