Don Salter was the general manager of Seville Diner from its opening in November 2008 until January 2011. He has been in the restaurant business since around 1985. In June 2009, Don was awarded Who's Who In the Pensacola Business Community.[citation needed]
The Fiesta of Five Flags newsletter for May 2008 reported that Don and his wife Donna are regular participants in the DeLuna Treasure Hunt, and they were the grand prize winners that month.
