Dave Murzin (born December 24, 1963) is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky.

Representative Dave Murzin of Florida District 2 was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2002 and has been reelected subsequently.

Dave was elected to the State House in 2002 and had an active role in health care, energy, and tax reform. Dave has worked diligently on behalf of seniors and families in passing legislation to make state government more accountable and to help drive down the soaring cost of health care. Dave’s father, a retired Navy Captain and dentist, moved the family to Pensacola nearly 30 years ago. Dave graduated from Tate High School and received an Associate of Arts Degree from Pensacola Junior College. He also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the University of West Florida, and began work in educational leadership. Dave is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. While working on his Bachelor’s Degree at UWF, Dave was the Director of the Campus Alcohol and Drug Information Center.
