The Cordova business district is an area of Pensacola, centered around Cordova Mall and adjacent to the Pensacola Regional Airport, that contains some of the area's most heavily developed commercial spaces.

The district is bounded roughly by 9th Avenue and Airport Boulevard to the north, Tippin/12th Avenue to the east, Bayou Boulevard/Brent Lane to the south, and Davis Highway to the west.
