The '''Cordova business district''' is an area of Pensacola, centered around [[Cordova Mall]] and adjacent to the [[Pensacola Regional Airport]], that contains some of the area's most heavily developed commercial spaces.
The district is bounded roughly by [[9th Avenue]] and [[Airport Boulevard]] to the north, [[Tippen Tippin Avenue|TippenTippin]]/[[12th Avenue]] to the east, [[Bayou Boulevard]]/[[Brent Lane]] to the south, and [[Davis Highway]] to the west.
