Cordova Square is a shopping center located at 4400 Bayou Boulevard. It has entrances on both Bayou Boulevard and 12th Avenue. A large retail-office complex, Cordova Square is home to numerous businesses; notably, Escape massage therapy, Dr. Nan Mullins, DDS, the Deli Case, Cordova Counseling, and Fred Astaire Dance Studio.
The complex is notable for unique layout. Centered around a large courtyard, the complex has large green spaces including an amphitheater and central fountain. Some units have a second story with an open balcony.
