Cordova Square is a shopping center located at 4400 Bayou Boulevard. It has entrances on both Bayou Boulevard and 12th Avenue. A large retail-office complex, Cordova Square is home to numerous businesses; notably, Escape massage therapy, Dr. Nan Mullins, DDS, the Deli Case, Cordova Counseling, and Fred Astaire Dance Studio, Nora Sasser Nationwide Agent 21 E.
The complex is notable for unique layout. Centered around a large courtyard, the complex has large green spaces including an amphitheater and central fountain. Some units have a second story with an open balcony.
