Cordova Park is a neighborhood in the City of Pensacola. The neighborhood is just north of Bayou Texar and immediately south of Pensacola Gulf Coast Regional Airport; it is bordered by Bayou Boulevard on the south, 12th Avenue on the west, Summit Boulevard on the north, and Firestone Boulevard on the east. The entire neighborhood is included within City of Pensacola District 4.

History

Cordova Park was initially developed by Henry and Mary Ellison Baars. They originally envisioned the area as the equivalent of a modern-day "gated community" of villas designed to serve as summer or vacation homes.
