Cordova Mall is the largest shopping center in the Pensacola area and the primary hub of the Cordova business district. Located on a large tract in central Pensacola, it is bounded by 9th Avenue, Bayou Boulevard and Airport Boulevard

History

Cordova Mall was built in 1971 on land purchased from the Baars Family Estate and developed by Robert B. Aikens & Associates.

It is currently owned by the Simon Property Group, which announced its acquisition of the shopping center from the Aikens group on January 26, 1998.[1]
