The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is a City of Pensacola agency tasked with guiding the redevelopment of downtown Pensacola and downtown-area neighborhoods. The CRA district encompasses all of the City south of Cervantes Street and between A Street to the west and 17th Avenue to the east.

The most recent director of the CRA was David A. C. Bailey. At this time it is not clear who will be named the new director of the Community Redevelopment Agency or if the agency will simply be assimilated into the Community Development Department of the City of Pensacola
