Coco Design Associates, Inc. is a full-service corporate web development and Internet marketing firm. It was founded as Sun Bandits in 1984 by Jay Massey and was renamed Coco Design Associates in 1997.[1] The company began making websites in 1994. Headquartered at 222 North Baylen Street in Pensacola, the company's mission is "to achieve exceptional value for the customer through creative design techniques which allows for better utilization of their website as a marketing tool."[2]

Services

Coco services include website design, web development, internet marketing, application development, content management, e-commerce and online services. Their websites are designed to be search engine optimized (SEO) and search engine safe (SES). They have developed a proprietary content management system that uses a combination of Ruby and AJAX technologies.

Coco Cares

Coco Cares is the company's charitable arm and was established to help emerging entrepreneurs in the Northwest Florida area that do not yet have the means to afford a professional web development agency for their Internet marketing. The program is designed to apply the full range of Coco's services including web design, graphic design, UI design, web hosting, email services, spam filtering, content management, internet marketing strategy, etc. to the benefit of one local entrepreneurial firm each year. This is done in an effort to stimulate the growth of the local business community as well as Pensacola downtown redevelopment.
