Bob Snow is an entrepreneur who founded Seville Quarter in 1967. A Minnesota native, Snow was a virtuoso trumpet player and Dixieland band leader when he started the Rosie O'Grady's music club in a dilapidated warehouse in downtown Pensacola. He went on to establish a similar venue, Church Street Station — complete with another "Rosie O'Grady's" — in Orlando in 1974.
