The Andrews Institute is a Baptist Health Care facility for orthopaedics and sports medicine located in Gulf Breeze, adjacent to Baptist's Gulf Breeze Hospital. It was established with the leadership and reputation of nationally and internationally renowned orthopedic surgeon James Andrews, MD. The creation of the Andrews Institute has secured Northwest Florida as a cradle for musculoskeletal treatments and research.[citation needed] Its construction has created 150 new jobs, with nearly $10 million in wages.

The Institute is comprised of several divisions including: Multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Diagnostic Imaging Center, Athletic Performance Center, a Research and Education Institute, and a multispecialty office park for physicians.
