ActiGraph

15 W Main Street • Pensacola, FL 32502

In 1988, a skilled team of professors and engineers collaborated to design a device for the United States Military to measure the activity levels of troops in the field. In 2001, Manufacturing Technology, Inc (MTI) improved upon the device, eventually generating enough interest worldwide to justify the formation of ActiGraph in 2004. Today, researchers and physicians in over 40 countries are using ActiGraph activity monitors in the fields of exercise science, obesity and diabetes research, sleep diagnostics, rehabilitation monitoring, sports medicine, pharmaceutical drug testing and veterinary science.
