It was constructed in 1939, and the dba history is as follows: Scenic Terrace Lounge (1950's-60's), Machinegun Kelly's (live entertainment nightclub, late 1960's to early 1980's), Le Grande Bistro restaurant (mid-1980's), Crockett's Restaurant (1990's), Skopelos On The Bay (closed August 2009), Paul's On The Bay (20-teens), Calvert's On The Heights restaurant (2020-).
