5060 Bayou Boulevard was a freestanding building located next to the southwest portion of the Cordova Mall parking lot, and occupied by the following businesses: Big Daddy's Lounge (1976 to mid-1979), Franco's Lounge (mid-1979 to Sept 17, 1984), Backstage (1986), City Lights (late 1980s), Mustang Sally's (early 1990s), Senor Frog (mid-1990s), Dollarhide Music (late 1990s), Funktional Furniture (2001- ), Roy Jones Sporting Goods Pro Sports (2003), Newk's Eatery (2014-).
