16 South Palafox Street (or Palafox Place) in an address in downtown Pensacola, on the east side of Palafox between Garden and Romana Streets. It is a two-story brick structure with a covered walkway connecting Palafox to the Jefferson Street Parking Garage.
It was sold by the City of Pensacola in 2007, and part of the revenue was applied to the ailing ECAT bus system. The address is currently unoccupied but in plans for development by its owner, Mpirical Development, which hopes to move into the building by Fall 2008.[1]
