16 South Palafox Street (or Palafox Place) in an address in downtown Pensacola, on the east side of Palafox between Garden and Romana Streets. It is a two-story brick structure with a covered walkway connecting Palafox to the Jefferson Street Parking Garage.

It was nearly sold by the City of Pensacola in 2007 to Mpirical Development; however, the deal did not go through, and the City is again shopping the property.
