Much of the it's business history is as follows:
Harold's Seafood Restaurant (1970s). Most of the rest of the businesses occupying the building were adult entertainment lounges and nightclubs, including Benny's Go-Go (early 1980s), IC Shaker's (1986), Studio 11 (1988), Big Bertha's (1988-'89), Buster's Body Shop (1990), Diamond's (1990-'91), Landing Strip (1992-'93), Arety's Angels (late 1990s-2020...)
