The restaurant is owned by [[William Yang|William]] and [[Linda Yang]], who previously owned the adjacent [[Hunan]] restaurant. Head chef [[John Ma]] left in late 2007 to open [[BaBa Baba Café]] in the former [[Breaktime Espresso Café|Breaktime Espresso]] location on [[Palafox Place]].
