|An ordinance providing for the method of qualifying and becoming a candidate for member of the [[Pensacola City Council|City Council]] of the City of Pensacola, Florida in the primary and general elections of said city, for placing names of candidates on ballots in said elections, and limiting nominations to the primary election, and emergency clause.
