The concert series arose from the Foundation's very successful festival, earlier "An Evening In in Old Seville Square" program and Tanck's desire to bring city residents downtown. He died of a stroke on [[December 15]], to create this equally successful concert[[2007]], at the age of 63{{bio-stub}} [[Category:2007 deaths|Tanck, Jim]]
