'''Susan Pote''' is musical director and, with her husband [[Allen Pote|Allen]], co-founder of the [[Pensacola Children's Chorus]].
A graduate in Voice and Music Education of Texas Christian University, Susan Pote taught elementary school music in Texas before moving to Pensacola. In [[1990]], at the request of the [[Pensacola Symphony Orchestra]], she directed a group of children to accompany one of the Symphony's performances. The group was well-received and eventually became known as the [[Pensacola Children's Chorus]], which she has since directed with her husband, [[Allen Pote]].
