Co-owner Corey Fogarty chronicled the progress on a blog, initially intending to open before Christmas 2007, then Mardi Gras 2008. After various delays, the restaurants served its first customers on February 13, 2008.
The owners plan to host live bands and other events, like late night ping pong and Guitar Hero video game tournaments.
