During Jones grew up in rural northeast Alabama and graduated third in his class with an advanced diploma from Douglas High School. He attended the University of Montevallo and earned a Bachelor in Music Education, cum laude, having received an academic scholarship, as well as a music scholarship, and he was honored as the Senior Elite in Music Education. At UM, he studied saxophone and oboe with Dr. Lori Ardovino and was the 1999-2000 male College Night Leader for the Purple Side. Seeking to contribute to positive change in education, he attended the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) where he earned both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Education Law. Mr. Jones currently practices in the area of products liability with particular emphasis on pharmacuetical litigation. Other practice areas include representation of plaintiffs in the subject matters of telecommunications, insurance, personal injury, employment discrimination, student rights, and special education.
