The address It is currently unoccupied but a two-story brick structure with a covered walkway connecting Palafox to the [[Jefferson Street Parking Garage]]. It was nearly sold by the [[City of Pensacola]] in plans for development[[2007]] to [[Mpirical Development]]; however, the deal did not go through, and the City is again shopping the property.
