The Southern Manufacturer actually spelled it "Milligen," but I'm pretty sure it was spelled "Milligan" — like the area near Crestview. I've noticed some other spelling errors (like "Louis Bear," &c.) in this source. — admin • talk 19:15, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
