Luke's Alley was a one-block narrow street/alley in the Hawkshaw neighborhood. The alley was located between Cevallos Street and Ninth Avenue and ran between Aragon and Chase Streets.

During Prohibition, the area was a notorious haven for bootlegging, and Luke's Alley was the site of "several homicides and uncountable raids on crap or dice games, liquor resorts, cutting affrays, and minor law infractions generally."[1]

The buildings on Luke's Alley were demolished circa 1940 to make way for the Aragon Court housing development, now the site of the Aragon neighborhood.
