Leadership Pensacola (LeaP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit development program of the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Now in its 26th year, Leadership Penscola is one of more than 500 community leadership programs evolving across the nation. After graduating from the program, participants join more than 900 Alumni working to strengthen and enhance the quality of life in the region through both their business and volunteer efforts.

Leadership Pensacola aims to give existing and emerging leaders the chance to gain hands-on community development experience. The curriculum is updated regularly to focus on the current issues the Pensacola Bay Area faces. LeaP takes an honest look at the social, economic, political and educational needs within the community and then puts our leaders to work. Leadership Pensacola participants are encouraged to take constructive action where it is needed most.
