Lakeview Avenue is an east-west street in midtown Pensacola, East Hill, and East Pensacola Heights. The roadway was at one time named Sierra Street, and before streets north of Wright/east of 8th Avenue were named, that part of Lakeview Avenue was 16th Street.
Lakeview Avenue runs from North W Street in West Pensacola eastward, terminating into Exchange Park in East Pensacola Heights just east of Watson Avenue. The roadway is not contiguous; there are gaps in the following places:
- Between the two sides of North Hayne Street, e.g. under Interstate 110
- Between North Palafox Street and North Tarragona Street
- Between 10th and 11th Avenues
- Bayou Texar
Between 11th and 20th Avenues, Lakeview Avenue boasts a median which divides the avenue.
