Their work for Grayton Retreat won Best of Show (Print) at the Pensacola Bay Area Advertising Federation 2007 ADDY Awards and continued to the district level, where it won a Gold ADDY on May 5. They were also named "Small Business of the Year" for 2007 by the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.

Ideawörks has operated its GoodWörks program since 2005. The agency selects a local non-profit organization from a list of applicants and grants them a year's worth of the agency's services.
