I found two ''Boxoffice'' articles about this Oscar Germany theater: one when it was in development in '45, and one when it was finished in '46. Some of the details (like cost) changed between the two, and I'm not 100% sure of the location. (The '45 article said it was being built on Cervantes, but that may have changed.)
