The news outlets are calling it "Hawkshaw East" now, but I can't find when the name was changed. There's still an active Florida LLC called "Hawkshaw Village"... I wonder if Reeves (who seems to be doing most of the media relations) just calls it that ("Hawkshaw East" that is) as a shorthand.
