Definite articles

Not sure what a good policy is concerning "The" in article names. I included the article in The Floridan' mainly because it has a general meaning (resident of Florida), but it doesn't seem necessary here. Any thoughts on codifying use of "The"? --Admin 06:17, 4 March 2008 (CST)
