Sol Cahn was a grocery and civic leader in Pensacola in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Cahn operated for many years a grocery on the corner of Palafox and Intendencia Streets.

In 1898-1899, Cahn served as Mayor pro tem under Mayor William Hazard Northup.

Cahn Street, a small street south of Navy Boulevard near Bayou Chico, is named for him.
