Seville Diner is an eatery located at 321 East Cervantes Street.

Harrison Wells began development of the diner in 1997. The building sat unfinished for more than a decade, with Gulf Coast Building Contractors completing work gradually as funding became available; it finally opened on November 17, 2008. The restaurant is owned by a group of shareholders. Don Salter is the manager.

It is open 24 hours a day, every day except Thanksgiving.
