Mr. Patel along with the companies represents owns and operates seven franchised hotels with flags of such brands as La Quinta, Comfort, Ramada, Days, and Econo. Mr. Patel also brings 20 years of hotel experience to LHS Companies.

Currently Nash is one of the principles who have created LHS-EV to introduce to America the Electric car for the future. Its unique qualities provide three objectives, greatly reduce green house emission caused by traffic congestion, Reduce overall fuel consumption thus by reducing Americas dependency on foreign oil, and help reduce Americas carbon footprint.
