The Pensacola and Perdido Railroad and Canal Company was an early Pensacola railroad company. It was chartered by the Territorial Legislature of Florida on February 14, 1835.

The officers of the company, as specified in the Charter, were William H. Chase, Walter Gregory, John A. Cameron, Robert Mitchell, Jasper Strong, and Hanson Kelly, all of whom were also involved in other railroad endeavors, such as the Alabama, Florida & Georgia Railroad.

The charter granted the company the exclusive right to construct a railroad and/or canal connecting Pensacola Bay to Perdido Bay, and connecting Perdido Bay to Big Lagoon.
