Pearl Baer Eskin (1916-2008) was a Pensacola woman who co-owned the Pensacola Dairy Company with her husband Leo. Raised in the East Hill neighborhood, she graduated Pensacola High School, attended the University of California-Berkeley, and received her B.S. from New York University. She was an active member of the B'Nai Israel Synagogue and other community organizations, including the Pensacola Symphony and League of Women Voters.
